The Harmful Effects of Overusing Technology The discovery of technology has had plenty of so called positive effects on us Americans. Due to new technology based inventions, coming out every other day. We Americans are able to get places every day without much physical movement. We talk to each other without getting out of a chair or picking up a pencil, do our jobs quicker; easer; or with less people to deal with, create ways to carry our money and personal information without dealing with paper and much more. Because technology has made it so we Americans can live simpler, doing the least amount of work possible, we overlook the negatives. Technology is transforming human kind for the worst. We are becoming lazy, unsocial, and unhealthy.
